Bad equipments
It’s a really bad equipments, why
Because it’s disconnected from your truck with no reason and all data in it’s eld is disappeared and not any more available to review it
This happens with me several times with no reason, I never disconnected it from my Truck and when that’s happened so you need to download garmin elog again and start over as a new user

I like using Garmin elog, but there is one issue that needs fixing. When you go Off Duty for more than 1 day it doesn't let you certify those off duty days. I have received DOT violation for not having those Off Duty days certified. Please fix this issue so that those off duty days can be certified also. Thanks.

Great eld with no monthly fees
Bad odo readings
We have been back and forth with Garmin over troubleshooting the odometer readings. Some days it will say I have driven 600,000 miles, others 6. The app is easy to use but in the 4 trucks I have tried it in it will not function correctly and I do not want to be put out of service because of it.
If they can fix the issues then 5 stars but right now it is nothing more than a paperweight.

Garmin ELD is a devise that gives you the freedom to manage your business without the extra fees and anions of feeling with a second party.
Needs some updates
It works decent but can definitely can be updated especially on the location and odometer marker I always have to be writing these if updated can save time and headaches. Also if you mark persona convenience and don’t move faster then 5 miles can’t change it to sleeper or off duty which it’s so inconvenient for sleeper split choices

I have a little problem on how to send the inspection to the DOT officer
Split sleeper rule
Cheapest elog available but I don’t like the fact you can’t see your available hours left in your shift. It only shows your drive hours. Also, the split sleeper exception rule only activates if you do the longer rest first rather than the shorter one. Other log books give the option 2/8, 3/7 or 8/2, 7/3.

iPad app issue. App will not download on my 9th generation iPad. Show device is not compatible but my iPad is listed in the compatible devices? iPadOS 18.0 any help please reply?

Wow, I’m a new owner operator bought your nearly $800 dash/truck gps to couple with your ELD & was roadside with NY Trooper. Thanks. This ELD is junk & the app is worse. Why are you still selling this at the truck stops? It wouldn’t do a thing for me. Blew the inspection. Does anybody work here? I guess I’ll be failing my audit
