Poor app

The app does not function well at all. Did anyone even test this app before it was released? I have completed training level 1, no certification rewarded after testing and passing. I close the app to make dinner and went to go do level 2 after I ate dinner and it wants me to watch level 1 and test for level one to go to level 2… Annoying…
