Awful buggy app
I have to rely on this app for my on call cover but it is SO BAD that it frequently misses requests. It takes so long to respond to things and I pretty much have to force close it every single time I use it. I have no choice but to use it though. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!
Getting worse, and at times unresponsive. Stick to the website version.
Most recent update has slowed down the opening of the app ridiculously. The previously quicker opening was extremely helpful when trying to book on or check if I was on duty at important times. Is it takes up to a few minutes to load, during times of call outs it simply isn’t good enough.
Web based access better
App is clunky and way too many clicks needed to get to the right page.
In a team that needs min numbers it is hard to navigate to the overall availability view - should be the first thing you see when you login… so that members understand how their change in their schedule will effect minimum team numbers.

Welcome back to the 90’s
Simple booking requests take an age to complete, hope you like looking at a spinning wheel because you’ll be spending lots of your free time looking at one.
Clunky, too many menus to navigate through for basic tasks, often freezes/crashes in use, app based version has limited functionality.
