Our pizza dough is made from ultra-milled wheat and fermented overnight, then baked in our traditional stone oven to create a crispy pizza base. We add only the highest quality ingredients: including quality cheeses, lean meats, homemade pizza sauce, basil pesto, fresh fruits and vegetables.
