Brilliant App!
I’ve been using gas certificate app now for 3 years since starting my own business and it’s been brilliant.
Everything is all user friendly and easy to work round when doing all the gas certificates. It saves all the information what I need for every customer and not having to hold a load of paper copies on the van is very handy when it’s all stored on the app. My customers like that they get a yearly service reminder and emailed certificate on completion of every job.
The customer service is very helpful when wanting to find out any information on the app from the team. Definitely recommend gas certificate app to any engineer in the industry!

Everyone raves about this app. Downloaded to try it. Nope. Can’t do anything without an error message. Add customer details? Error. Add certificate? Error. Subscribe? Error. Useless. Giving up trying.
Great App
I work as an admin for our gas company, the engineers find the app really helpful and, for me as the admin, it makes my job so much easier, especially when organising appointments. Getting the reminders to my email really helps me! Great app.

As an engineer coming from paper the app is saving me so much time and when I have had needed some guidance the customer service advisor really helped me. Definitely recommend
NOT RELIABLE
This app could be decent but theres to many issues to trust it on jobs. Certs sometimes just duplicate and syncing takes ages or just fails it would be quicker using paper certs then going back an forth as it take ages for anything to get fixed. Maybe it’ll get better but right now I can’t rely on it for my business.

Full of bugs and errors messages.
I thought I would try out this software as I currently use a well known Gas Engineer software. Unfortunately even after the app update to fix the bugs it’s still showing error messages etc. Possibly could be a good piece of software but not at present when trying to run a business.
Needs improvement
It does what it says on the tin but needs lots of improvement. Needs an asset save so you don’t have put in appliance details every time a new cert is made. Needs to save all info of an address with landlord details and any information of the appliances for that address. This very time consuming having to enter appliance details every time.

“Trail expired” 100s notifications
Wanted to try out the app to see if it would offer something my current CRM doesn’t. Sadly after setting up I got no word of a lie a notification every minute until I deleted the app saying “trail expired? Send us a message”
Sure send one or two but one every single minute is excessive. Also the spelling mistake was enough to be off putting in the first instance but to then get all these notifications just really didn’t fill me with confidence moving forward. Maybe just a bug but left a bit of a sour taste.
Will maybe check in later down the line as I can see the potential benefits.

Best app in the industry
I’ve used this app for a long time now! It’s helped with the day today running of my business, now with the off line feature, you don’t have to worry about not having network out in the sticks! A great tool you should have in your repertoire

Works half the time
Friday night invoice time, can’t sync to server if you use this app get used to it. Report it back to them that it happens on 3 devices they ask you to uninstall and install time after time and check it up-to-date. Do all of that just to get … you got it “failed to sync” moving onto another software that’s actually reliable and doesn’t crash every cert or invoice.

The app looks great ! Some really useful features on there and I’m still learning more about it. Wendy has been so supportive with an issue I had when I set up. The app is packed with so much information which will be helpful when completing certificates and sending to customers remotely, this will be a great asset for my business. Highly recommended

No regrets
Easy to use, the customer service team are always helpful and friendly. I work in the sticks so signal is rare, the offline mode is gold.
Rubbish don’t buy
Go to write a quote, write it all out then can’t even submit it because the button to submit it is blocked by the keypad. Very poor

As a new engineer I’m been trying to get used to all the paperwork side of things. So far so good with this app. Takes a little while to get used to but once you figure things out it’s been really helpful. Professional looking certs and invoices
The perfect app for any gas engineer
I have used Gas Certificate App for several months now and I must say it has been a lifesaver, being old school and using paper pads I finally made the leap to go paperless and I must say I have never looked back since!
