Software difficulties
Used this App for 8 years. A few bugs here and there. Latest one is. Cannot open App on my iPad with iOS 10.3 even when stating on all app details that it can. I think the team needs to address this. Their advice was for me to buy another iPad or just use my iPhone. Ok, so I resurrected my old iPhone 4 on iOS 7, it downloaded the App after it said the iOS was too old and could load an earlier version of the App. This contradicts what the tech helpline was saying. If I can run an iPhone 4 with iOS 7 with the App, how come my ipad won't run it? Anyone else had such issues? Mr disgruntled.
