Years of Support… For This?
Right now the app is dead. Just a black screen. RSS Feed just not working at all either. Even before all this it was slow and buggy. It never saved your spot in a podcast ever, so you’d start over every single time. The list goes on and on. No fixes, no support and no updates. Been here for years but this is not what people are paying for. At this rate I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of longtime supporters just start walking away. It’s just not worth the hassle anymore.

App no longer loads
As the review says, when you click the app now, it just goes to a black screen and hangs. The app won’t even load. Even when it did work previously, it was clunky to navigate, wouldn’t allow you to customize a homepage, so I had to constantly filter through a bunch of podcasts that I’m never going to listen to, just to get to the ones that I do wanna listen to.
It also, for some reason, would never remember where you were in a podcast and wouldn’t resume the episode.
Just a lot of bugs with no real way to get any kind of support for the app. I’m a longtime fan of the network and I’ll continue to support, but this is not what I paid for. I’ve been a subscriber since 2018. Some support and transparency would be good.

Extremely Frustrating App
Recently got a gas digital subscription on the web browser and the website crashes and restarts you to the main page every time you switch to another app on your phone. Downloaded the gas digital app and same thing happens. This means every time I’m watching an episode and I go to answer a text on another app it’ll make me restart from the beginning main page and find the episode/time all over again.
I like the feature where you can look up episodes with certain comedians, but it is not consistent. If I look up one comedians name it’ll pop up, but won’t work with someone else’s name.
Love the gas digital content. There is 0 complaints there. I will stay a subscriber, but please fix the app

Outdated reviews!! The app works great!! Usually use the browser was happy to find out about the app and how great it works to watch Story Wars and LoS!
Garbage
This app needs to be redone from the ground up. The stream will continuously buffer if there are too many people watching. Granted most of the shows people don’t watch but it makes watching the 2 most popular ones borderline impossible. Also if you are watching/listening to an archived episode and you need to pause it for any reason you cannot simply unpause it and resume playing. You need to go back and find the episode in the archives and start the episode from there. Absolutely frustrating.

Embarrassingly bad
I would pay 3x as much for the subscription if it had a decent app, instead I’m in a vicious cycle of cancelling my subscription due to this horrendous app and then coming back for the content.
Don’t waste your time
They really messed this app and the website up recently, neither will run without deleting and redownloading or deleting your cache on your browser. Some real basketball people stuff going on at gomezandsuttan digital
This app is rough.
Luis and Ralph you need to work on this. It constantly freezes, in picture doesn’t seem to work. If you pause at all the entire app refreshes upon opening. Luckily it seems to have some memory of where it stopped at.
App needs work
I love the *content* of the app, but I hate the app itself. I wish it had picture-in-picture so I could still see what was on the screen while continuing to use my phone. Even that is a small complaint because at least the audio continues. My biggest complaint is if anything interrupts the podcast (phone call, quick talk to text, pausing, etc), I’m sent back to the Home Screen when I open the app back up. Pleeeease fix this.

This app is garbage, love GaS though
I can’t believe how bad this app is. It randomly stops playing, and if you pause it then it will not resume where you picked up, it will treat you like you’re logging into the app for the first time.
When you press watch on the show you are looking at, it starts a random episode.
AirPlay doesn’t work also, and I have Apple TV.

Fix
Fix the app!! If paused for more then 2 minutes it won’t play anything and have to restart app. It won’t save any of recent stuff or load fully once you try to open the app yet again.
worst app i’ve used
love los but i can’t even log in to the app! as soon as my information is entered i try to click log in but the app just starts spazzing and flickering. i heard luis say recently they were improving the app and making good changes but it’s worse on my end.
Are they ever going to fix this app for the iPhone???
At least add a recently played option. This app is so frustrating, it constantly crashes after you pause. It's so inconvenient to use that I prefer to watch everything edited on YouTube. I only use it for the bonus shows and even then, after it's crashed for the fifth time, I just give up on that episode.

Lotta issues but great content
The app rarely works, same with safari or google i have to clear cache pretty often to access the high octane dashboard. Like the other review there’s media playback issues, when you use the skip buttons it leaves a permanent loading overlay over the video. Would rather just use the safari or google version.

Lot of issue app not opening, I get a phone call all of a sudden the app forgets I was watching a podcast and takes me to Home Screen I wouldn’t have even written a review if the app opened but today is not the day that happens

This app is garbage. The site is garbage. I am legit cancelling my membership. What is the benefit of paying for a membership if none of the product is accessible. I have to delete my app and reinstall to watch things and if I let it play in the background, when I go back to the app to continue watching (while listening is working) the app crashes. When I reload the app it’s just a black screen then crashes. The site isn’t much different. I have to clear my cache to use it. This is unacceptable and Luis should be ashamed. G Mike and Alex I know you’re probably reading this. Get it together. Please. I really like the content but cannot justify paying when it doesn’t work.
