مناديب التوصيل عندهم حمير و لا يفهمون و خدمة العملاء برضو زبالة، أأكد الطلب معهم و الموقع مسجل في البرنامج يروح يتصل علي بعد ساعة و نص يقولي عطني الموقع و لا يرجعون الفلوس إلا بعد ما تنذل
تطبيق فاشل وإدارة مصرية فاشلة
تأخير طلبات، قبول طلبات بدون توصيل، أسعار غالية وزيادة عليها الضريبة، ومع ذلك خدمة عملاء لا تخدمك ولا تفيد في شئ، لا ينصح به ابدًا
تم تعيين مندوب لاتتوفر معه الاسطوانه
طلبت اسطوانة فايبر وتم اجباري على الدفع مباشره ثم تم تعيين مندوب واتصلت عليه وتبين انه لايمتلك اسطوانة فايبر ويقول ان التطبيق هو اللي اختاره ولم يقبل الطلب بنفسه، راسلت الدعم الفني وبعد حل المشكله سأقوم بحذف التطبيق الغبي

يتم طلب شحن المحفظه بمبلغ لايقل عن ٧٠ ريال وقيمة التوصيل تصل إلى ٣٥ ريال ، أنا أكملت أكثر من ٦ اشهر لا يتم استرجع المبلغ الفائض بالمحفظة ، إضافة إلى انه تم طلب توصيل سريع في وقت آخر وتم طلب رسوم عليه دون وجود اي توصيل وموقع السائق في العراق وانا في السعوديه ، لا اعلم هل الغاز سوف يصلني بالطائرة ولا ايش

I had a very disappointing experience with this application and would not recommend it to others.
First, I transferred an amount to my wallet within the app, but it did not appear when placing an order for a gas cylinder. As a result, I had to make the payment again via Apple Wallet. Only after submitting the order did the transferred amount appear in my wallet.
Second, I paid extra for fast delivery, yet the order took significantly longer than expected.

A very disappointing app
So I use the app one time and it worked now when I worked try to order again after a couple of months They assigned me a driver that’s not in my area. I called him. He says he can’t do it so I contacted the customer support. They moved my request to another day but still assigned to the same Driver it’s been going on for like for five days straight, they keep changing the date, but kept the same driver so I couldn’t get any other driver finally was fed up requested to cancel and ask them refund my amount back to my account but no answer or reply from them that they will issue a refund. I’ve been calling their number and every time I called it’s said their customer service are busy handing other calls and they ask you to wait so don’t bother waiting cause eventually after a couple of minutes they’ll just it hangs up on you

Can’t fulfill their promises.
The app force you to top up your wallet before you proceed with your order. Then, in the payment page, they give you other options to pay.
I advise people to stay away from Gasable. If you want to lose your energy and your mind, then go ahead and use it.

Late delivery
Don’t download this application. They will not deliver in the assured time. I made the payment @ 5:30 PM , not received till 8:30

So this is the second time that i make an order it gets confirmed and 48h after the delivery schedule and the order is not here yet

They promised to have the gaz between 4-6 pm, after 3 hours i called the number of the delivery, he told me that he is on leave and i need to cancel the order. There is no cancellation button!! I tried to contact the support team without any response!!
The delivery man called me the next day at 11:00 am to deliver the gaz! The food that i tried to prepare last night for the upcoming 2 days went to garbage!

Awful !!!!
I ordered a gas and I paid for quick service. I paid total 68 and no one answer me even the customer service. I have been waiting for 4 hours and no one came or answer. Very bad application and customer service. I will report them because they took my money and no one answer

sadly, there customer support has been lacking severely. No support at all, even refunds are lost

At first there were really helpful, but then they doubled the price and delaying my orders, if your driver can’t deliver at the same time you mentioned don’t accept the order or at least inform me!!! I have ordered at 7PM and now is nearly 11 when it will come while I’m sleeping!!

Regret using it
Very bad experience with this app and there customer service I ordered a new gas cylinder and it accessories in Khobar it got accepted waited from them for 4hrs after that a girl from customer service told I think her name is Wala contacted me and said we are going to cancel the order for the cylinder and you can order again but I couldn’t and she told me she will fix it but I didn’t hear from her since then and was waiting for 3 days from the accessories but didn’t arrive and now my money is in there app wallet and can’t refund it to my main bank account.
Very disappointed and I hope everybody be aware of what scam the are playing here

Forget about it
Save yourself time and money. Unless you pay for the express service they won't deliver as promised. Also good luck getting a response from either the driver or support. Finally there is no number to call! They have your money (prepaid) then don't give a hoot if you have to sit at home waiting (for nothing)!
