A peaceful experience
While listening to the Heart Sutra in this app, I was reminded of my father quietly chanting it when a relative passed away. That memory came back so clearly, and I realized again how much I love the Heart Sutra.

A Rare Moment of Peace
I especially love the 10-minute chanting sessions by the Koyasan monk. Just listening naturally slows my breathing and eases the tension and anxiety. In the middle of my busy days, this app gives me a precious moment to pause and breathe.

A Gentle Presence That Helps Me Sleep!
When I can’t sleep, I listen to the monk’s voice or the Heart Sutra chanting, and before I know it, I’ve drifted off. I always wake up feeling lighter and more rested. The morning chanting videos also bring a sense of purity, just like the start of a new day.

An app that makes me feel zen
I tried it out just to see what it was like, and found it to be incredibly calming.
The monk’s voice (when giving the chants and doing a talk on meditation etc.) is very soothing. I did not expect this but they actually have nature sounds take around Koyasan, and this is quite relaxing.
Some sessions include spoken words, others just quiet chanting, and I love that I can choose depending on how I’m feeling that day. As I listen, I notice my breathing gradually deepens, and my heart feels a little lighter.
It’s comforting to have this kind of time where I can quietly turn inward through sound.
In the middle of a busy day, it’s the perfect way to pause and take a breath. It’s easy to keep up with, so lately I’ve been using it every night.

Will recommend this to my friends (they have a free trial!)
I've been waiting for an app like this. I downloaded it while taking advantage of their free trial program, thinking that a Japanese style meditation app is rare. But it far exceeded my expectations. It feels like the atmosphere of Japanese Buddhism and temples has been transported directly into my smartphone—a truly unique sensation. From the monk’s voice and sutra chanting to the natural ambient sounds in the background, everything is incredibly authentic. Just listening helps me quiet my mind and naturally turn inward, connecting with myself and nature. I also love that I can gradually learn about Japanese culture and Buddhist wisdom, as there are some sessions where the monk gives advice to Japanese people about their specific problems; I suspect this was more for Japanese people initially, but I found it quite interesting. I discovered this app during a particularly stressful period at work, but thanks to the app I was able to rediscover a sense of "stillness" in my daily life while enjoying what I learned. It’s such a wonderful app from Japan, one I’d love to recommend to my friends.
