Why did I play this as a kid
I bought it back in 2017 after Surgeon Simulator didn’t fix the itch, low and behold 5 years later it appears in the recommended next to surgeon simulator. It’s a good educational tool but I didn’t need to know how to do this procedure as a child but in an emergency i’m pretty sure I could pull it off, that is saying nothing goes awry and it’s exactly like this app says.

Love these games so much! super realistic. i hope more games are made. played pulm ex and now gastro ex. hopefully some more!
Invasive
I installed this app and days later my Apple ID is compromised and there were multiple sign in attempts n Hong Kong. Never had any issues like this before the download. Could be coincidence, but I don’t believe in coincidences of this nature.
Needs work on the controls
This is a very realistic demo. I actually like it a lot better than the other ones. However the biggest flaw are the controls. The are VERY bad. So bad to the point that I can not recommend something like this for students or future students. It’s too much. But I guarantee that once they get those controls working better and the bugs fixed this would be awesome for practice. Hopefully they will update the game and fix the control bugs

Awesome
I really like this game, it’s extremely educational and helps students learn more in detailed. I am not becoming a surgeon or any gastro field I was able to get 3 stars on almost all of the levels. I really enjoyed learning about a field I am not in and see from the perspective of a gastroenterologist and a student. Anyone who wants to learn more about their field or just want to try this game out. I highly recommend this educational game.
