I mistakenly transferred my Snm coin to their wallet because most exchange site would allow say they are the one for swapping. My Snm coin was not deposited and when I contact their customer care, they want me to use 100$ to recover 82$. I have already lost a lot with Snm falls. A huge lost and now I can’t even keep hold of the remaining so they want me to pay 100$
Can someone help? Is there a way I can retrieve my Snm Erc 20 sent to their BEP-20. Binance has already stopped withdrawing in BEP20 so I don’t know why this exchange has kept it open and them being the only one for swapping

They won’t let you withdraw your money
They make it incredibly easy to deposit money but make it extremely difficult to withdraw your funds. They want to keep your money and not let you take it off their exchange. They will ask for sms, authenticator code, and email code and then give you errors and nonsense to make sure you can’t take your money off their exchange.
