Lied about free trial

I only signed up because of the 7-day free trial and they charged me full price on day one. I tried to reach out, but the app doesn’t have any contact info aside from send feedback. I want a full refund and there is no one to talk to. The app is useless. Your airline carrier has all the information you need.
