Gatekeeper HOA

Gatekeeper HOA is the resident app for gated communities that run on GateKeeper. Send a guest pass from your phone in a few taps, and your guest arrives to a gate that is expecting them. SEND A GUEST PASS • Enter your guest's name, pick the kind of pass and the dates, and send it. • Sending a pass to someone who has visited before takes one tap. • Add your guest's mobile number to text them the pass. SEE WHO'S COMING • Every pass you have coming up is on your home screen. • Each pass shows whether it is ready or waiting for your community's approval. SHOW OR SHARE THE PASS • Each pass has a code your gate staff can check. • Share it with your guest by text. REACH SECURITY • Call your community's security number with one tap. WHO CAN USE IT This app is for residents of communities that use GateKeeper. Your community office sets up your account and sends you an invitation; sign in with that email and password. There is no sign-up in the app. The app is free for residents. If your community does not use GateKeeper yet, your board or manager can learn more at gatekeeperhoa.com.
