Zelle
I’ve been trying to open up Zelle on the app, but it’s not allowing me to for some reason. Can this issue be fixed.

Why even offer this app if it isn’t for mortgage? Who is banking with you?

Never works
Cannot login on app even though desktop logs in fine. What’s the point in the app if you can’t use it?
For banking customers not mortgage?
I am a mortgage customer only and could not log in. I have no problem on the website.
Looking at the screen shots and features, I don’t see anything about mortgage.
If the app is for banking customers only, the description should say so.

Can’t Login
So, I have an account with Gateway for my mortgage. I have no specific username. I just login with my email address. This must be an issue as I’m constantly being told that they are incorrect. When I try to submit a “forgot my login ID”, and submit my information (social, birth date, zip code) I’m being told the information is incorrect. But if I go on the internet I can log directly into my account. So, I have no idea what’s going on. But this app didn’t work for me.

This is the most inept company Ive ever dealt with. I login to pay monthly due their stupid auto pay not working. I have records of my paying in time. Online it says Im past due an owe them extra. Gateway is ridiculous. Please help Gateway.
Doesn’t work
I can log in no problem online, try using the app and it never works logging in. This app is the worst!

This app is fantastic! The care guides are available 24/7 and are ready to get you the help you need. They help get you answers to tough benefits questions, they advise on how to resolve benefits and care issues and they can even help get appointments scheduled for you. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Get the app— it’s well worth it.
