Order from Gators App
Placed order online, via Gators App at 18:31 and a few minutes later , got the message “Your order had been cancelled and can not be fulfilled”. No call from the store ; nothing saying “this store is closed”. Terrible experience. declined by Gators

I have never sat down and ate in the restaurant but anytime I’ve ordered in the food has been fresh and delicious, I had one incident with a order but the manager handled it no questions asked , I enjoy great customer service….the location in Saint Cloud FL is pretty decent no complaints as of now …..will update if that service declines!

Idk why they only have negative reviews literally took me 2 minutes to order , it’s simple and clean looking and it sends you a notification with the time your food should be ready...literally so simple
Apple Pay doesn’t work
Tried to order food to pickup and first got an “oops please make sure phone number is less than 10 digits” (which it was). Then got “oops too short”—what is too short? I never could figure that out as I had multiple items, and there was no option for additional edits at that point. Finally gave up and called Gators directly. Gave it a 1 because at least I could see the menu.

Crashes at checkout
It works great until you use Apple Pay and it crashes!! Fix this and it would be a good app!
