Good for what it does
Works good for the version of IOS I’m running. The previous review, I’m not sure what they are talking about, the submission sound plays over the media I have open and does not stop it. Better than comparable products.
Needs work
The app is constantly getting stuck on a page with blank information, so I have to close out of the application. Or it backs out of a ticket I have just filled out. Top it off with a seriously annoying ticket submission sound that stops any media being played, and it can’t be muted in the settings
