About
Your attention isn't broken. It's just everywhere else.
Stillwall is a focus reset for people who can't focus anymore. No feed. No streaks. No guided voice telling you to notice your breath. Just a timer, a wall, and a few minutes of doing absolutely nothing.
Wall staring is one of the oldest contemplative practices in the world. Bodhidharma is said to have done it for nine years. You only need five minutes.
How it works
Pick a preset — Quick reset, Deep reset, Long gaze, or Full reset. Set your phone aside. Let your eyes rest on a wall. A soft chime brings you back when the session ends. That's the whole app.
What's inside
• Four presets from 5 to 30 minutes, plus a custom timer up to 60
• Three sound modes — guided, ambient, or chimes only
• A range of ending sounds — bowl, bell, soft gong, birdsong, or silent with haptic
• An optional reflection at the end of each session, with simple tags and a private note
• A weekly view of how much time you've spent doing nothing
Who it's for
People who've tried meditation apps and found them too loud. People who feel scattered. People who want a moment of quiet without being told what to think. People curious about an old practice that asks nothing of you except your time.
Five minutes is enough. Stay with the wall.

Gaze is now Stillwall. Same app, same reset — a clearer name that's easier to say and share. Nothing to relearn: prop your phone, rest your eyes on the wall, and let a few minutes of nothing put your focus back together.
