Missing content

I installed the Gazebo on AppleTV to watch Anne of Green Gables. When originally purchased, everything was great. That was then. Now, content that I paid for is no longer available. Tech support has been unable to resolve for weeks. Until resolved and my purchased content restored, I will avoid this otherwise decent app for family friendly content.
