Totally uninformative
You place the order, and you can see that the food is being cooked (even though that is confirmed in an email), but the next you know is when the food is delivered, no updates on when the food is cooked or when the food is leaving the restaurant or when the food will be delivered
Unable to order two of the same items
Tried to order 2 small chicken shish wraps, one with salad and one without. Was unable to add the second one
