Non va da remoto

Cari titolari dell’app,noi abbiamo comprato questa vostra telecamera e nessuno sta facendo niente per aggiustare il problema che il dispositivo da remoto non funziona.
Funziona solo col Wi-Fi ma io personalmente l’ho comprata per controllare la casa quando sono fuori
