GBC Driver

GBC Driver is the delivery app for approved General Bilimoria’s Canteen delivery partners. The app helps drivers manage food deliveries from assigned GBC restaurant locations, receive new order requests, view delivery details, and update each order from pickup to completion. It is designed to make the delivery process simple, clear, and reliable for drivers, restaurants, and customers. With GBC Driver, delivery partners can: • Go online when available for deliveries • Receive new delivery requests in real time • View order information and restaurant pickup details • Accept or decline assigned delivery requests • See customer delivery information for active orders • Update delivery status as the order moves through each stage • Mark orders as picked up, on the way, and delivered • Receive push notifications for new orders and important updates • Track active and completed deliveries in one place The app is built for operational use by GBC delivery partners. It supports communication between the restaurant, driver, and customer by keeping order statuses updated throughout the delivery journey. GBC Driver is not a customer ordering app. Access is intended only for approved drivers working with GBC. Drivers must have an active account to log in and use the app.
