Crashes repeatedly

App crashes repeatedly when trying to do certain functions, including paying quarterly storage fees. App also repeatedly tries to use Face ID log in, even when you are already logged in.

So far so good

Love the concept and is a great app to stack up. However is does take quite a while for ACH to process and the execute a purchase for 2023.

Can’t Log Into App

The log in screen on iPhone does not allow you to hit the continue button at bottom of screen when trying to get code sent to phone. This, can’t complete set up.

We just found a fixed a bug thanks to reports like yours for certain iPhone models (like the SE) with scrolling. We believe it's now been fixed, in v1.0.14 which we just submitted to the App Store. Please check for updates and install when available (it can take Apple a few days to roll them out). If that doesn't solve your issue please contact us at support@hardassetsalliance.com. Thank you.

Can’t get verification code on iPhone

Got to window to get verification code and could not scroll down to get to “continue” button. App is effectively unusable.

Awesome App!!

It makes buying and selling gold and silver as easy as trading stocks. Easy to read layout, with a list of your holdings and a graph to keep track of performance history. I’ve been wanting to diversify my portfolio, and this is simple and easy to use!
