Appalling & a scam! Have to log in every time you open the App, then do a scan which gets to 99% and then funnily enough it fails and you have to re-start the whole scan!
Thankfully paid by PayPal so got an instant refund. That tells me that I was right and it is a scam! AVOID!!!!

I usually don’t write reviews but I just lost $50 and didn’t retrieve anything that I had lost. I scanned my iPhone and it said I had over 1,000 images and videos that had been deleted to retrieve but in order to get them I needed to go to the website. I go to the website and the only option is to download the desktop version. I do that, but the results are VERY different than what my phone said. I could only retrieve items currently in my deleted folder, which I don’t need help with. I sent multiple emails to supports and when I finally got one, they didn’t even answer my questions or had, so it sounded automated. Never got another reply when I sent a follow up. Waste of money and time I spent trying to figure it out. Save yours!
