About

GCLdistribution is an internal distribution system for companies that supply their own stores from their own warehouse. NOTE: the app's interface is in Georgian. It is built for one market and is not localised into other languages. FOR THE DRIVER - Today's run: which store, what cargo, in what order - Cargo pick-up and arrival recorded with one tap - A handover photo taken at the door - Works without a connection: actions queue and are sent the moment the signal returns FOR THE OFFICE - A live operations board: where every van is right now - Create and manage deliveries, including mixed loads - A registry of stores, warehouses, vehicles and drivers - Handover control with photo evidence and a rating - Analytics by store and by driver LOCATION Location is used only while a delivery is in progress, to show the cargo moving. Recording starts when the driver picks up cargo and stops automatically after the last stop or on sign-out. The data goes only to your own company's server, nowhere else. ACCESS The app works only with an account issued by the client company. There is no public sign-up: every account belongs to one company and its stores. If your company does not use GCLdistribution yet, get in touch.

One sign-in field: your e-mail, or a driver's activation code - the app opens what you may use. Clients of a brokerage desk: sign in by the desk's invitation, follow your tasks and the stages they pass, answer the desk's questions, add papers by camera or file, and create a task by hand or by sending documents. Brokers: a client's request is marked in the job list, and its form is shown on the job. New delivery: each store says what it gets, and the run is named from it. Fields stay above the keyboard. Brokerage desk staff: the National Bank's exchange rates and the border queues, from the home screen. Brokerage desk: each customs declaration keeps its corridor colour, the terminal and release times show on the ID, a recorded A number is corrected rather than entered again, and T1 is given once. Customs warehouse: after registration record when the goods crossed the border, left customs and were presented at the terminal; each declaration is submitted, reviewed and assessed before its corridor, and its A number comes after every step. Every regime: a corridor is chosen once, C numbers are added at registration, the customs office is set once per Invoice ID, and dates and times are filled in from the server, still editable. A tidier Invoice ID card.
