To add contacts to groups, navigate to the 'No Group' section and select the contact you wish to add. A menu will appear, allowing you to 'Join in group'. Choose this option and then select your desired group to add the contact.
To delete a group, you can refer to the tips provided in the app. If you have cancelled the software and groups remain in Apple's Contacts, you may need to use Exchange or iTunes for synchronization, or reinstall the app to manage them.
You can change the name of a group by referring to the tips section within the application. This functionality allows for easy renaming of your organized contact groups.
Automatic group additions are not typically caused by this app. It may be due to synchronization with other familiar software or external computers, rather than an intended function of this contact management tool.
