Won’t let me withdraw my skins.

I’ve been using this app for over 3 years. I really enjoyed it and withdrew many skins that I’ve enjoyed using. Over the last year I’ve been trying to withdraw a single skin and the contact support team has ignored me multiple times. They have also raised the lowest priced skin in the store to make it nearly impossible for a daily user to buy anything. Seems like a scam at this point. Shameful.

App is unusable

App is so ridiculously laggy I can’t do anything. Can barely make it five questions into a quiz before it freezes and I have to close it. I have a newer iPhone and it’s up to date so it’s on the app’s end of things. Genuinely cannot use it at all.
