What sold me to gdppl is its AI assistance after posting. It’s affirming to “hear” (see/read) feedback. Introverts who are not yet ready to visit a therapist in person, this app is the one. I do believe in therapy — mine has mainly been going to the gym. I’ve tried in-house but as someone who doesn’t really like telling my problems to strangers, it didn’t work for me. Now I know that some may ask, “so you think AI is better?” Personally, for me, yes. gdppl app is for me.
