The top left corner menu of the app is no longer working after the recent update in IPhone 14pro. Unable to issue the soft token due to this and cannot even logout. THIS IS AFFECTING BADLY

Since updating the GDRFA Establishment App to version 1.0.9, I've encountered a significant issue with the app's functionality on my iPhone 14 Pro. The update seems to have caused a compatibility problem where the app layout no longer fits the phone's screen properly.
This results in crucial elements like the menu being inaccessible. Specifically, the menu icon (often represented by three dots) appears to be positioned off-screen in the top corner, making it impossible to tap and access the menu functions.
This severely limits my ability to use the app effectively. While the app functioned well before the update, this new issue significantly hinders its usability.
I urge the GDRFA app developers to investigate this problem and release a fix as soon as possible. An update that ensures proper scaling and on-screen placement of all app elements, especially the menu, for the iPhone 14 Pro is crucial.

I downloaded the app and opened it but can’t login.

Challenge to generate soft token
It’s been over a (2) months now and still facing this issue. The soft token is hang and stuck and I have to log out and log in many times and sometime I have to switch off on the phone for this.

I couldn’t understand why I have to visit Amer Center in order to register or have an account with GDRF, while I should have by just a click !!
Cannot change phone for Smart Token
My smart token was installed on my old phone of which display got dead.
Now to install and use smart token on a new phone we need to go through the whole process again

If your device have the app and soft token activated on it and you lose the device or the device is no longer working or even if u just want to use it from other device, you will have to pay 600 AED to activate the soft token on new device just insane! And costumer service is useless on this matter!!
