It says English version but the app doesn’t give option to change it.
Unable to Use
I don’t understand how to use this. I tried to create an account, but couldn’t because my ID has been used before. So I assume that’s because I have paid property tax through the bank before. I tried to log in with my phone number and reseted the password. When logged in, it says not enough information [881]. So what else am I supposed to do?
