Your app is inadequate
Yal have had enough time to fix every issue with this app but nothing has been done.
Freeze
It freezes in the middle of filing the forms and not a option to change other pictures or options in case of we select the wrong option
Astonishingly Horrible App
This app was supposedly built and promoted to help us be safe in the field. It does not. I would argue it makes us less safe. App freezes constantly unless you use airplane mode. When in airplane mode you have to close and re-open the app several times just to update LOTOs, checklists, etc. If you forget to take airplane mode off then you keep yourself cut off from getting time sensitive and critical calls, texts, alerts, etc. The structure of the LOTO forms is just horrible and checklists are extremely confusing and combine several turbine platforms. This app basically promotes “pencil whipping” because it is just THAT bad!! No updates to this app in almost a year basically says they really do not care about our safety.

Worst app I’ve seen.
Full of bugs, nothing works as it should. Syncing issues.
A bit clunky
Just tested by filling out a LOTO form. Seems like a good option for going paperless. Auto filling site name, technician name, and signature should be implemented in my opinion. I don’t think iOS gives an option but the time and date wheel selection is awful in general and being able to just type the date and time in would be more efficient.
