Tried signing up as a automotive tech, but wouldn’t let me proceed because it wouldnt show me mobile tool dealers to select one then tried as DIY it wouldn’t go past the page where you put in your information

The verification they send to your phone does not work. And if you do it to many times it locks you out for unusual activity.

I’m a female in maintenance & I’m trying to get my tools, & every time I get my verification & I enter it says it’s expired. How fast does it expire?! I was ready to blow all my money but the app doesn’t work , I guess snap on it is ):

I love GEARWRENCH tools, the app doesn’t work.
I love GEARWRENCH tools, and we have a tool dealer that regularly comes by the shop. I wanted to sign up to use the app, but the mobile verification code keeps saying it is expired when I send a code. The app won’t work. I have tried it on several devices unsuccessfully.

When the app works it’s pretty good. Apex tools neglects updates on the app. They need to focus more on the app and add more features.

Figured out everybodys problem
So i went to sign up and it keeps prompting too short at first i thought it meant the email but its actually the phone number they need to add another number too it its supposed to be 10 digits it only alows 9 GEARWRENCH fix this problem so we can buy your tools

App doesnt work
I use gearwrenxh tools everyday. I thought id get the apl so i can warranty through it but the app does t even let me register. Theres no gearwrench dealer that comes to our shop but it wont let me register until i choose someone, and even then it says "Too Long" and doesnt let you register. Ill be more than happy to update my review once the app actually works.

Can’t login
I’ve tried logging in numerous times and every time it’s says my phone number is too long. I really need to use this app but I can’t now. Please fix this problem.

Telling me my phone number does not work because it’s too long love the tools but app is garbage would like to see a bug fix on this
Sign up issues
When I went to put my phone number in the registration it said it was too long, but if I deleted one number out of it. It accepted it and tried to send a verification code to a nonexistent number. I created an account on their website hoping I could just use that to login on the app but there’s no spot for a phone number on their website and the app requires a phone number for logging so idk good luck trying to even get signed up for this app.
