There are plenty of other comments just like this, look around. Paid for a yearly subscription twice, randomly stopped working. Team will not help you recover funds, the devs changed the app logo and un authorize all subscriptions, they straight up stole lots of peoples money and deactivated their subscription post update claiming its a new version despite subscription still being visible in your subscription history. I switched to chatGPT, paying 8$ a month. Very happy with the service, surprised how tailored to my preferences I can make it. Beware of purchases on this app, these guys will scam you next update.

I’ve been in the yearly subscription for 2 years now and randomly they took away my subscriptions privileges AND kept my money. I’ve been in contact with support for OVER A MONTH with no clear resolution in sight. You cannot get a refund through Apple and support hasn’t done anything to help, beware! There are better LLM’s out there with better management,I loved this software for 2 years I was loyal but they burned me….

So everything was cool for 1.5 years I’ve been using this tool. This February however, I no longer have access to my premium subscription despite my proof that I have purchased a yearly quarter. I’ve tried numerous times to reach out and re download the app and nobody helps me. The features that use to work don’t now and I am forced to not only take a 40$ loss but find a new platform to use. Whoever orchestrated your last update should be fired, not only do functions like the picture analysis no longer work, but you’ve failed to meet a long standing customer on a simple subscription issue
