De véritables voyous, après déballage et test le robot piscine Wybott C2 fait n’importe quoi et surtout ne nettoie pas, j’écris au service qui me demande des vidéos après plusieurs vidéos envoyées, on me dit de le retourner, mais à mes frais en signant le papier pour le réexpliquer, ce que fait le robot, chose faite, j’envoie le robot par Transporteur ce qui me coûte un Car du prix du produit, et aujourd’hui on m’annonce qu’il faut leur envoyer une preuve comme quoi quelqu’un chez eux a signé alors qu’ils m’ont demandé le suivi et le lien de livraison, voilà ce que fait une entreprise chinoise qui ne respecte pas le client.

To buy a game on there, but I got scammed because it never arrived. I’m still waiting to this day. I try to get a refund, but they said it will arrive shortly never buying again

Tried several times to purchase and it fails, no one answers live chat, links for customer service don’t work. Purchases don’t go through and the the discount code used comes up as used.... on a purchase that didn’t go through??!! Avoid!!! Really dodgy app and website
