It’s been a long journey (app crashes and amnesia)
I own remote curtains for a year now, using their TinkerMini as the hub.
1 Crashes: Well, for the first year the iOS app crashes immediately while you try to select your country. Neither ipad nor iPhone either.
On an Android it did work. Got it installed and scenarios programmed.
2 Amnesia: after a few months, time change and daylight differences, time to adjust the opening/closing time. Well... the old settings had disappeared. Happened now twice! You have to start from scratch, add a hub, add devices (curtains), and schedule. Really!?!
3 No auto-daylight: our cheapest in-wall auto switch has an auto sunset option. Sunset changes each week, right? Geeklink can’t do that. At least i couldn’t find any way to do this...
Lastly: the iOS app is finally working, one year later. That’s the reason I generously gave 3 stars, else it would have been 1.

Crashes and lack of English
Can’t get past the login screen without the app closing on its own. App support & notifications are all in Chinese.

Worked initially but now it crashes on startup. Tried deleting and starting over. Doesn’t work. Update: app will open if WiFi turned off or if I go to the same WiFi network the device is connected to (2.4ghz). Ridiculous. I can’t be on my 5ghz network now. Siri Shortcuts do not work however. When activating the set shortcut, it just gives an error saying “device not connected or deleted”. Rubbish. Nice blinds. But rubbish app and bridge.

Can't get to connect with either Google home or Amazon Alexa
Google home shows blank page after log in and Alexa doesn't do anything when log in button is clicked. Please fix this issue asap
Not working with Google Home
I cannot get the app to work with Google Home. I find Geeklink Smart and I enter my credentials and it logs me in form Google Home but I don’t see “My Home” & instead I see 2 Chinese homes and neither one of them shows my shades and it’s in Chinese not in English (the instruction page shows it in English )

App crashes every time I'm connected to WiFi! Using on the latest version of iOS, used to work well until recently upgrades.
Poor reliability with Alexa and google home
The connection with third party apps is not reliable. It works sometimes with Alexa and google home. I have tried to remove and reinstall the app. It will work for some time after that.
Weak support for Google Assistant
The app appears nicely designed and seems cover many aspects of the smart home. However, integration with third party apps or services is lacking thus far.
For example, when integrating curtains in the app with Google Assistant / Home, it shows up in Google Assistant as a smart switch, not curtains or blinds. That’s a pretty big problem for me, since that’s why I purchased Geeklink RF hub. I’ve used other manufacture’s curtain hubs with Google Assistant/Home, and they don’t demonstrate this problem. Perhaps it’s an issue with Geeklink’s APIs, but it reflects poorly on the app.
It would also be nice if the app and Geeklink service integrated with IFTTT and Samsung SmartThings.
