Can never access the comments through the app- get an error message every time and ‘try again later’ and yes, I have reinstalled app several times. also happens in the herald sun app

Won’t work on my iPad Pro
I can’t give it zero stars, I would if I could. It simply won’t let me sign in to my account on my iPad Pro. I can’t use the app. I have tried everything including contacting support. They don’t know what to do and simply can’t be bothered following up for just one person.

Great app that is fully functional. The app needs to get dark mode like every other app including other news ones.

Since the last iPad update I cannot open the Geelong Advertiser paper.

It does not open where I want it to as it was before I had ro reinstall the app.
Neither the app or online could I update my payment methods it is totally broken.
Tried to message them as per their website and that did not work.
Ended up calling them and spent 29 miniutes and it is still not working but at least they updated my payment method over the phone. So two hours of frustration.

SERIOUS BATTERY DRAIN SINCE LAST UPDATE
UPDATE 15-12-24. THE LAST UPDATE HAS STILL NOT RESOLVED THE SERIOUS BATTERY DRAIN THAT HAS AFFECTED THE APP SINCE THE PREVIOUS ONE. IF I DO NOT CLOSE DOWN THE APP EACH TIME I COME BACK TO A FLATTENED BATTERY. COME ON THIS SHOULD BE STANDARD STUFF TO FIX - AND DON’T FORGET I AM PAYING TO READ THIS NEWSPAPER.

I don’t have notifications on and only used the app for 27 minutes in the same 24 hours. I noticed a battery drain a couple of days ago but hadn’t pinned it down to the app until today when the same thing occurred. There is something going on that needs to be immediately looked at.

Can’t log in and support useless. Extra 10 days in subscription of no value. Been going over 2 weeks. Pathetic.

App not working for the last week. Can’t even restore my paid subscription. When do I start getting a discounted subscription?
View Settings - Change Reader Setting🧑🔧👩🔧
Previous setting worked well before the last few upgrades. Now you have to go into the change reader settings every time you read the paper to remove the view settings from the bottom of the page because the auto hide function only works once on iPads.
Broken app no support offered
I pay a $30 monthly subscription through iTunes but that only allows me to read the articles. You can not make a comment. Phoning the help numbers gets some call centre that knows nothing. Well done NewsCorp.
Disappointing
There are stories that are at least six months old and it says Updated.
I like the convenience of the app but would like to read news not keep seeing old stories.

App is slow and often will not open.News updates are often days old.Reporting is lazy,uses Gov.Press releases under a byline and continuously uses the word “SHOCKING “ in the most inappropriate circumstances.

Why no access to seeing my recent comments on the app? I can do it on my desktop but it’s very clumsy too.
