Not accessible using voice-over
I would have given this app a zero star ratinging if I could have as it is impossible to book a taxi if you are reliant on voice-over. Buttons are not labelled. If you rely on Apple's native screen reader, my suggestion is to use one of the longer standing ride-share apps. you can try calling, but if it is out of business hours, you will have to try your luck with the off-shore call center. There is a local number, however this is only available on week days during business hours.

Waste of time. You used to be able to book a cab for a predetermined time. Now it’s Now or Closest ?? Tried to call the taxi company within the app but nothing happens.
It is 2019 catch up
It is 2019 and we are still seeing this app as it was designed for an iPhone 5s. The app is still missing the ability to see where cabs are before booming, it is using really old interfaces. Catch up and in the mean time I suggest continuing using to use either the 13Cabs app which is the best by far for any cab app or use a ride share service.

Latest update a step backwards
Agree with the previous review. Far worse than the previous incarnation of the app. I click all the way to the end only to have it crash out on me without saving the booking. It’s actually easier to just phone them.

Useless app
Wouldn't recognise my home address so I couldn't make any bookings. Then I tried to email the business with photoshop of the error it was coming up with and email bounced.
It's ok.
I've rated this quite low only for the fact that the app is not linked to their web site at all. I signed up on the web site and found the app asked me to sign up again so my booking from the web site was not visible in the app. Why?
GPS not working
GPS never works how it should. A car arrives why the app is still saying it's searching for a car. When the GPS does work it is very delayed in saying where the Car is. Take a look at Uber as this is how your app should work.

App is ok. Uber app is still superior. Why ask my name and phone number if you are going to pick up random people anyway? Uber customer even at twice or three times the price because your customer service is terrible.

The App keeps giving me an error "Must be connected to the internet" and it won't let me process a booking. The Internet is connected and working fine!!!! Please sort this out!!!

You app just crashes every time I try to open it! AAARRRGH as if booking a cab isn't painful enough! And the funny thing is... when you keep us on hold for ages when we call - you recommend we download the app! So ... you know ... fix it!!!
