Can’t connect to recorder
I’ve had a orbit 530 for a year with no problems now I can’t connect to the app to review anything.. please fix. What a waste of money

Please fix this app, it was okay (3 stars) before now it doesn’t even work. Pretty useless that I can’t get any videos off my camera
Password
Where do I find the password to connect camera to the app? Why can’t I find this? Someone help.
Really wish I didn’t have to return this camera.
The dash camera IS AMAZING but the app just cannot be dealt with, clearly it’s forgotten about judging by how the last update was 6 months ago. The app consistently crashes when trying to view footage. Sometimes it doesn’t even save the videos which can be a major inconvenience in the event of a crash that needs video. App needs a lot of improvement, if this app was good the entire system would be a 5 stars in my book because the camera in my case the Orbit 530g Is just amazing but the app ruins everything I can’t stress it enough on how much this hurts me to but I’m going to have to return it because of the app alone. I need reliability and this can’t give it to me.

Live Stream crashes app.
When watching live footage from cam, app crashes constantly.
Needs support for iOS 14!
This app used to work great, though recently I have not been able to connect my dashcam to the app, and I am pretty sure it is because the app does not currently have support for iOS 14. This needs to be fixed soon, as I, and probably many more people, currently cannot review or save vital footage from the dashcam!

Products good but app could be better
I wish it allowed you to review your videos when not in or near the car. I have to sync my phone near the vehicle on the geko wifi to see my gekos recordings. The cam is great if I am in accident because it will be synced but i bought this devixe more for parking security because where i work we are always getting broken into 🤷♀️oh well. At least i know it will work well for driving around. The app needs a revamp.

Good App
This app is easy to use and I like the features, but it still is very unstable and crashes often. Sometimes opening the app after it crashes it will crash again.
