骗钱客服不回复
刚刚给我自动续费了第一天结果不知道为啥退登了还死活登不上去 发验证码也没反应 写着第一天可以退款结果发邮件根本没人搭理

我买了一年的会员，密码和邮箱都保存了，现在一登陆就登不上，密码和邮箱输入后按登陆一直转圈圈也不显示！！

YouTube和x都看不了，刚开始可以很流畅的看，现在卡得一，完全没法正常浏览

Im a paying user and this app is very unstable. Sometimes it works fine, but frequently the connection drops and I cannot reconnect.
The most concerning issue is that my account randomly logs out and shows a different username (like “cara”), and I’m unable to log back in or even log out properly. After some time (around 20–30 minutes), it fixes itself, which suggests a server-side problem.
This has happened multiple times this week on both WiFi and mobile data.
For a paid VPN service, this is unacceptable. Please fix your account system and connection stability.

电脑版无法选择国家节点
电脑版没有办法选择国家只能是智能最优，能否升级成选择国家的版本？

全套苹果设备的话非常方便，我甚至mac 天天24小时挂着这个，作为中外合办大学生表示非常提高学习和查资料的效率

会员极不可靠
一上去就会有一个随机生成的用户名，然后买了一年会员后，想起来要注册一下，注册完成后，也可以restore购买，一切看似正常。但是用到第二天，关闭了一次再开之后，直接连会员都找不到了，登录上去显示出来又是一个随机生成的名字，购买记录再也restore不回来了。最后是在APP STORE申请refund才把钱退了回来。
