金取るなら対応して下さい

ApplepencilProに未対応。サーポトに連絡するも今後の予定はないという。
個人使いなのでビジネス版への移行も最低アカウント数に届かないため使用できず。
この間1年延長したばかりなのに使えない状況が続いています。

ビジネス版も同じ症状がありすでにアップデート済みとのこと。
アップデートする気がないのであれば、ビジネス版を個人でも使えるようにするとか、価格を下げるなどして頂きたい。
アップデートなしで7千円は高すぎる。
せっかく良いアプリで長年使用していますが、他のアプリを検討せざるを得ない。

Apple pencilProに対応していなくても長年使用していたのと同僚も使用していたので我慢して使用していたが、
iPadOS26にして使用したらカメラで写真追加できなくなった。アプリが強制的に落ちる。
全画面もできないし、なんだこりゃ。
アプリ内課金で金取っているなら対応して貰いたい。
互換性でこのiPadに対応していると記載されているぞ！
この会社ではこれで対応しているというのか！

TVでCM打っていたけど、こんな対応しかできない会社のアプリなのでよーく考えて入れたほうがいい。

Split Viewの対応を切実にお願いします。

Split View非対応、強制同期完了まで書き込み不可

複数のアプリを同時に表示するSplit Viewに非対応。
数秒から数分の強制同期完了まで書き込み不可。
数年前から致命的なバグ修正以外の機能追加なし。

価格が10倍の企業向けアプリでは数年前にSplit viewも即時書き込みも対応済み。
つまり、こちらの個人向けアプリは切り捨てられたっぽい。。年間5000円払ったのに無駄に。。。

この会社、技術は面白いのに、いつも個人でなく企業目線で活動するから、サービス出しても気付いたら個人向けは無くなっている様に感じる。
営利目的なのだからしょうがないのか。。。
