Tries to charge money even when I click “stay with a free version”

I dowloanded this app thinking it was the official app from Google because the branding, naming, colors, graphics and iconography is the same. Also, it wouldn’t answer any question on image generation unless I subscribe and it offered a free 3-day trial. When i subscribed to the free 3 day trial it still charged me. This is a very scummy and scammy behavior!

This is not associated with google in any way. Do not buy the free trial because it will take your money. This app is probably illegal and will probably be taken down any day now.

They claim this is official Gemini app from Google. This is wrong and misleading. May be illegal too. Do not download. This is very bad

This isn’t a google app and the “free trial” is fake. You will be charged an annual free immediately. Stay clear of this app.

Attempted the 3 day Trail and still paid
I cancelled the 3 day trial via apple subscriptions but still was billed by the 3rd day. Idk how but that was my experience
