Home Feed Overhaul: See where your friends have been eating, ranked by what's most relevant to you right now. Smarter Search: Ratings can now only be submitted within 0.1 miles of a place, keeping reviews authentic. Farther spots are still viewable, just not ratable until you're there. Logs Improvements: Update a rating, edit your notes, or remove a rating entirely, right from your Logs tab. [New] Saved Places: Save spots you find in the Feed and revisit them anytime from a new "Saved" collection in Settings.

Finally an app with a personality

I’ve always found it a bit tough to trust the noise from online reviews. A 5-star rating doesn't mean much if the reviewer doesn’t share your standards or taste. Gems has been such a breath of fresh air because it cuts through the generic crowds and learns what truly resonates with you, once you rate enough places in the rockmine. It shows you your friends’ gems, which is super helpful as well. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for personalized restaurant recs!
