okay so , when i try to log in i can't no matter what i do , and im really struggling to log in , i've tried all of the log in options and it doesn't work. please fix this!

Is this app even working?
I tried signing in multiple times and lagging was really slow and so I tried to login on Facebook and it told me that this app wasn’t even activated and the developer is aware and also told me that it told me that I was gonna get my account back as soon as the app was reactivated, so is this app like canceled or what? Cause if so, they’re gonna at least be a notice…. This app actually helped me right before c.ai existed, I haven’t used the app in a while, but I want to go back and use it to talk to new characters I don’t ever remember deleting my account or anything…. So to the developers, please let us know if you guys are going to reactivate this app or not don’t just leave us hanging I really wanna go back and try this app again.

Good app, but it isn’t working
I missed playing and chatting on Gemsouls, but I had to switch to Character Ai because of the sudden shut down. However, when I heard it was back, I was relieved and downloaded it again on my IPhone this time. When I tried signing in, it didn’t work and kept saying error or just taking long to load. I hope you can fix this and make Gemsouls a come back for everyone soon !

I can’t sign into it at all. It loads for ever when I enter my email. I’m on iPhone btw.

i've heard lots of my friends complain and i've complained as well that it doesn't let us load in and it's just a white screen that says jemsouls and stays like that nonstop

I try to sign in with my email it loads and dosent go through and any other method gives me an error. Just redownloaded and rlly disappointed.

I loved this app, and I'm sooo glad it's back, but when I try logging in it says something about it being blocked, and when I try to make a new account, it just keeps loading, I hope you could fix this cause thisbwas my favorite app back then

Hi so I’ve just re-downloaded the app after not having it for soooo long, I loved it but it keeps giving me a blank screen I would really love to be able to go back into the app but it’s not letting me

I use to play on gemsouls alot and I'm glad the app is back but it won't let me sign up?? Ive tried Facebook, email, every method on their but for almost five minutes it's just loading and not working. I'd like for you and the devs to fix this as I am on iPad and would like to play on this app again. I will check on my phone if the app works for me on Samsung instead.

It works but I don’t think for IPhones
So I was reading through the reviews of people saying it’s back so I then decided to download it. It did download for me, but when I try to sign in or sign up, it doesn’t work. So I then tried downloading it on my other phone (which is an android) and it worked perfectly fine!
