I would like a refund please.
Only useful if you already know so much about gemstones.
Really useless on most unknown gems.

Uninformed app!! Beware

I design and create jewelry with real stones and gems. I was under the impression that this would help me to determine the quality of the stones and gems that I do have possession of. However, high end turquoise even though I asked four times got a different response each time with the same picture. As far as I can see, this is a huge waste of money and my time! I’m so sorry that I made the mistake of downloading this app thinking that it would be a responsible app. However, responsible is definitely not what this is! I would give it a -5 or -15 stars if that were possible. So, if I were to make a recommendation, it would be please do not buy this app!

Not grate for the price. Great facts on actual stones/ gems under its actual name but the identifier is lame!!

Unfortunately, this app cannot actually identify anything but the most basic stones whatsoever. They can’t even identify malachite.
