Does Not Load Properly From the App Store
I download the app from the App Store after seeing stories about it on the news. When I downloaded it and opened it, it took me to a screen that said I needed to log out clear all data go to the browser page that I had gotten the linkfor the app, copy and paste that and put it into Safari. Well, I didn’t get the app via a link on a webpage, I got it from the App Store. Not ready for prime time.

Worst App EVER
There is no way to install this app directly from the App Store. They need to make improvements on this app immediately or they will lose business quickly.
Inadequate setup instructions
This app is a good concept. Unfortunately, when it fails to load, it automatically brings up a help screen that is totally irrelevant for the iPhone, as there are no other recommended options for downloading this app other than the App Store.
Unable to set it up
This app is horrible. If I could give it negative stars I would. I have followed their instructions, and I and can’t get through the initial instruction page - not presented with the page to even set it up, only a page full of instructions, which I’ve followed with no result. The county had to help me set up our account in their system for alerts, but I can’t get this app to open your page where I can log into my account for alerts.
