General Staff

General Staff is not a duplicate of the customer app GENERAL. It is a separate business-facing companion app for restaurants and shops. Restaurants and shops use General Staff to manage menus and products, receive customer messages from the GENERAL platform, and handle purchase and package delivery requests. The GENERAL customer app is used by customers to order food, buy products, and request deliveries. The two apps serve different user roles and have different features.
