Works like you think a regional bank app would. A few extra steps to do everything. I have had issues constantly needing to reset my password once every month or so.

Finicky App
This app locks you out quickly, and you have to go to the bank to reopen it. Apparently you have to use it regularly to keep it working. Also, there’s not much contrast on many of the entries, making it hard to read.

The app could be more user friendly with login-it constantly asks to remember a device or send a code when logging in from the same device all the time

Not user friendly
This app is not user friendly and signs you out with out your knowledge and won’t remember your saved password half the time
Still need to enter password each time
New app is better and you can see some data with a 4 digit code but need your long password to get into the account - no face recognition or fingerprint available. -Randy
Make it easier to login
This is the only app I own that won’t login with Apple Face ID or a passcode. I have to physically type username and password every time I open it.

I have no idea why they can’t leave it alone. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it! I agree that it’s gotten ridiculous having to answer question and get a text code EVERY SINGLE TIME! I’m actually ready to move my banking elsewhere because this app is so pitiful. I’ve been with Gen from the beginning, since they were First, but enough is enough! Major Inconvenience and costing me time & patience are dealbreakers.

Awful - constant hassle - non stop problems
Always problems - have had to call to get things fixed so many times. Developer should have to use this bank and this app - things would get fixed then - wouldn’t they!
Worst bank App around
This app is a complete piece of crap. It never works. If you want to be annoyed and frustrated by online banking use Generations. Otherwise go to a real bank with an app that works.
Improvement idea
I use this app all the time and love it. I just wish I could mark off the transactions as I balance my checkbook. Sometimes i must search hard for a transaction bc it doesn’t always show at top of the list. I wouldn’t want to get rid of them completely, just move to a secondary page maybe. Otherwise, I am completely happy with it.
