New app view is terrible
can't even get registered - constant errors
either it says "system error - try back later" or it says "we are unable to validate your account" - I literally made an account with Generations bank because my other bank's mobile app never worked right and I had to keep driving to the bank to deposit checks instead of being able to use mobile deposit- so after a lot of hassle opening my generations bank acct (took WEEKS for customer service to respond to email) I finally get it opened and I can't even enroll in online banking, which was the exact reason I even opened this account- people this is the year 2024, get it together! I had better banking with Bank of America in the 1990s (LAST MILLENNIUM!)

Very handy

Passwords
I have to change my password almost every time I log on. It’s a pain, but to keep my account back online (now it doesn’t recognize my username. I find using this “app” to be a pain, if I use the online version, I have a better feeling of security and the completion of the transaction.
App
App is out dated with other technologies. Sad.
Better app
This app is much better than the old one. I can easily transfer my money between accounts, I can search for transactions by value or by keywords, and I love the budget function. Definitely makes online banking easier!
