“Worst Experience – Very Dealayed delivery, No Delivery Updates, Poor Support”
Very disappointing experience. My order is delayed with no proper updates, and the customer care is completely unhelpful. Every time I contact them, they either give vague responses or say they don’t have any information.
This is a medicine delivery service, not a grocery app. People depend on timely delivery for their health, and such negligence is unacceptable.
The lack of accountability and poor communication shows how little they value customers. I am completely fed up with this service and would not recommend it to anyone.

Didn’t work on iPhone
Could not even create a profile. Could not add drugs to the cart, couldn’t add an address. Home Screen kept swiping sideways nonstop by itself
