Genesis Ambassador

The Genesis Ambassador Program is a community of approved mystery shoppers who help Genesis Group enhance customer experiences across our restaurants, hotels, and cinemas. Members of the public can apply to join the program, and successful applicants are vetted before being granted access to the app. Through authentic, firsthand feedback on their visits to Genesis locations, ambassadors provide valuable insights that help us continually improve the quality of our products and services.
