HORRIBLE
Can’t even log in or click on any options because half of the screen is not visible. An absolute waste of an app.
Not built for mobile
The app is useless because you can’t even log in. Most of the screen is not viewable and you can’t “pinch” it smaller.

Agree with other reviewers. Terrible app. Unable to use on the iPhone as half of screen is missing and unable click submit. Pulled up on IPad and able to view but unable to get into anything except requesting an appointment. Seriously, do better.

Cant even log in because the button is outside the screen, and the screen doesn’t adjust.

I am unable to move passed the first screen as the button to click after name and birthday is not visible on screen.
Not optimized
So... I can’t even get logged in, because there is no login button on my screen because your app isn’t optimized for mobile, and the entire right side of the screen is cut off... as much as I love the 5 star review that’s obviously paid for, or a shameless promoter asking everyone to look at their stuff, this app doesn’t work
